We have synthesised and isolated more than 50,000 organic chemicals making the most of our original expertise and techniques.
Special compounds on our web site are selected from our recent decades' synthesis, which do not conflict with our customer's non-disclosure agreements.
Majority of these chemicals are highly specialized and available only through us.
We are ready to supply in small scales ranging from milligrams upto about one gram quantities.
We can not deal with bulk synthesis needs.
We do not accept or respond to contacts by phones or e-mail.

Important notes on how to request a custom synthesis
Features of our business: Please check and consider the following before making an inquiry.
- Contingency fee: If we can't get the target compound, we never charge you anything, including the cost of raw materials. We will not charge additional costs if we are forced to purchase additional raw materials or change the synthesis route due to an unforeseen problem at the time of quotation.
- Compounds without synthesis methods are welcome.：We have extensive experience in synthesising new compounds and compounds for which no method exist.
If you provide us with specific information, such as the components required or the background of your research, we will propose a synthesis method and structure to meet your needs from a chemical synthesis perspective. We do not simply follow the recipe, but are always making improvements on the basis of our extensive experience.
We will actively present information that we believe will be useful to our customers from an organic chemistry perspective, such as knowledge of compound stability, prediction of by-products from reaction mechanisms and data, analysis of analytical data, consideration of impurities, consideration of structure-activity relationships and physical properties.
- Small-scale synthesis is our focus:Only for small quantities up to a few hundred mg. We specialise in high complexity or multi-step synthesis.
- We specialise in fine chemicals: By making full use of our past experience, we have synthesised many new, highly challenging compounds that have never been synthesised before, have been abandoned by other companies or for which there is no reference literature.
- Repeat synthesis is not a requirement.:We welcome one-off spot syntheses without replicates, and for repeat syntheses we will always try again and do our best to ensure that high purity products are submitted with higher yields.

For first time enquiries the initial quantity should be 10 mg or less and for multi-step compound synthesis the minimum quantity (1 mg to 10 mg) is required.Our facilities can accommodate a scale of 100 grams but please consult with us separately based on the results of the small scale study.

Please be sure to read all of the following information as well.
1. Please check whether the product you are interested in can be imported into your country without any prohibitions and limitations.
Exporter is not responsible for any regulation in your country or for the return of the product due to the prohibition and restriction.
2. All compounds are supplied from our laboratory in Japan.
Shipping cost out side Japan shall be quoted at the time of your inquiry when it is required. Any tax out side Japan is not included in our quoted price.
3. Please pay in advance.
For the first-time dealing, we accept payment upfront only.
We can accept other methods such as bank transfer, but PayPal payment is highly recommended.
The PayPal procedure is as follows.
- To your offer via this contact form in this page, we will send a reply mail showing the price, lead-time, and notes, if any.
- If you can approve the prices and make clear of the cautions in this page, especially the import regulations, please order by an e-mail including the shipping address, phone number and the name of the receiver.
- When we finish synthesis, purity check and be ready for shipping the ordered compounds, we would report the COA of the submitting lot.
We will report LC-MS and HPLC data in the COA. Details depends on each compound. - Please place an official order by an e-mail if the purity and MS spectrum data are acceptable.
*1H-NMR analysis need extra three weeks lead time and 115,000 JPY separate fee.
NMR analysis includes removal of the solvent, re-purification (if needed), LC/MS reanalysis of the recovered sample.
The NMR analysis fee can be reduced to 45,000 JPY if skipping the recovery and permit the loss (2-3mg) of the NMR sample. - You will receive an e-mail from PayPal asking for payment.
- After confirming the deposit of the billed amount (your PayPal payment can be confirmed at the same time as the payment process) we would ship the compounds by FedEx within 48 hours.
- We will inform you of the tracking number of the shipped compounds.
*Bank accout transfer is available if PayPal payment is inconvenient for your institute.
We will ship the product as soon as we confirm your payment.
Please note that it usually takes more than one week confirming the deposit.
Over the past few years, Japanese banks have become very strict about receiving payments from overseas.
We will be asked to submit documents at every deposit regarding the breakdown of the payment
and the purpose of the deliverables, and in some cases even refused to accept the payment.
This is why it once took us several weeks to complete the deposit process.
PayPal, on the other hand, is much smoother and no screening process occurs when making deposit.
In any case no refunds will be made for deposits made by bank transfer (PayPal is refundable).
*Wise(TransferWise),Square would be also available.
We have not experienced these usefull services yet, but we will give it a positive consideration.
*We never accept "Payment on delivery" nor "Pay later" in any case. We apologize there is no room for negotiation about this.
We exclusively sell our products to overseas customers who trust us and can pay in advance.
*After the second time (means proved to be a trustworthy client for us), we will be open for negotiation on payment procedure.
Later pay could be one of the choise then.
4.We will not accept any return of item after purchase for any reason.
We do not bear responsibility for any decomposition, property changes, damages in transit.
If kept cool, the risk of decomposition would be reduced significantly but...
We usually ship our compounds in room temperature considering the balance of cost between risks.
Keeping cool until arriving with dry ice is available by 120,000JPY (very expensive!) additional charge.
We might be able to recommend you to order smaller amount (less than one milligram) for the first purchase to minimize finantial risk.
Our QoS can be assessed and can make clear the stability and the risk of this compound's decomposition during transportation.
Disadvantages are that it makes the total price relatively high and takes longer term obtaining the required total-quantity.
5.Other important notes about our compounds.
Structure of the compound is confirmed by LC/MS, GC/MS, and/or TLC data.
We make comprehensive decision based on our extensive experience at all the time.
NMR analysis is performed only when we deem it necessary.
We can provide at additional costs if specific analysis methods are required.
We are constantly trying to understand the reaction mechanisms and predict what byproducts may occur.
Data comparison with precursors is important.
It is also important for accurate and correct judgement to observe the solution mixture closely.
Purity of our compounds refers to the area ratio of the chromatogram, not the content nor the absolute purity.
We might possible to respond to your absolute purity measurement request, but it requires a considerable extra charge and time.
The amount of additional charge largely depends on both the target compound structure and the analysis method adopted.
There might several options for the analysis method, so please specify the method you would like to use.
If no specified method shown, qNMR will be used. It consumes a sample volume of 10mg or more, and the recovery may not be easy due to the added internal standard.
We usually do not guarantee the equivalent quality nor the same purity as the previous order. If you need this service, please tell us at the time of the first order. We might be able to meet your requirement with extra costs by stocking the first lot for comparative analysis.
Internal standard method might also be adopted.
All deuterium labelled products and some azide(N3) containing compounds are exclusively for domestic market due to Japanese strict export regulations.
