○acidic, basic substances, quaternary salts（Ammonium,Phosphonium,etc.）
〇want know the exact molecular weight
We believe that our experience will satisfy almost all requests, but this will require reasonable effort and cost and will be a requote.
Please be sure to ask us before placing an order. Requests made after the order has been placed are generally not accepted.

・TLC,HPLC,GC,LC-MS,GC-MS：We will analyze with our equipment.All instrumental analysis using equipment that we do not have will be requested to an external organization.
If special conditions are required, you will be consulted separately, including column purchase or loan.
If analysis resolution, analysis data quality, etc. are important, please be sure to confirm the equipment specifications with us before placing an order.
・In custom synthesis, we omit NMR analysis unless there are special circumstances, because byproducts can be predicted to some extent from the structure and reaction mechanism of the raw materials and objective substance, relatively high polarity substances can be easily ionized by LC/MS, and low polarity compounds can be confirmed by GC/MS.
・The case where NMR analysis is performed is ① isomers may occur ② no ions are detected by LC/MS, GC/MS ③ there are suspicious behaviors such as retention time, TLC coloration, and MS spectra.
・If you are willing to cooperate with us in confirming the structure, we will give you a discount for the reasonable cost of analysis.Some or all of the submitted quantities listed on the estimate will be available for analysis, but if sample collection or purification isolation is required after analysis, it will be available at an additional cost.
・If the data obtained by the analysis method described in the quotation is consistent with the objective substance, it will be judged as the objective substance and delivered.
If you require analysis methods other than those listed in the quotation, please let us know before placing an order.
Customers who require NMR analysis in particular should not forget to let us know when you make an inquiry.
・If the customer determine that the verification data provided by us is not sufficient, we will respond to additional analysis to the extent possible.
If, as a result of the additional analysis, it is confirmed that our judgment that the deliverable is the objective substance is correct, the additional analysis cost and the amount equivalent to the labor cost required will be charged on top.
・In general, strict structural verification to "prove" that the lot product is the objective substance may require a great deal of analytical cost and time depending on the structure of the compound, so we provide the minimum number of analytical items necessary for cost effectiveness in our quotation.
For example, if we determine that the objective substance can be determined without NMR, we omit NMR analysis to keep the price down and do not include it in the quotation.If the customer think that a particular analysis method is essential, please confirm again the data column attached to the quotation.
If you wish to verify the structure and purity using methods other than those described in the quotation, please specify them before placing the order.We will requote that includes items that we can handle.
・In some cases, the analysis method described in the quotation does not provide sufficient data to judge the objective substance,and another analysis method is required, so we will consult the customer for additional cost, but we will ask for the customer's consent in advance.
・Structural verification is not a mechanical judgment based on the above instrumental analysis data alone, but a comprehensive judgment by mobilizing based on the reaction state, TLC behavior, comparison with raw materials, model experiments, confirmation by derivatization, and past experience with similar reactions.
We take proud of our technology and know-how that differentiates us most from our competitors in the accuracy with which we can judge the objective substance from limited information.
However, if the customer ask us if it is possible to deliver a 100% reliable product, we afraid we have to say "No".
We will do our best to approach 100 with limited information,however there is not without possibility of making wrong judgments due to errors in judgment by our company or other factors in addition to unexpected factors such as unexpected side reactions, incorrect descriptions in reference documents, or side reactions caused by commercial raw materials.
Unless otherwise stated in the remarks column of the quotation, we do not disclose our know-how on synthesis and purification methods.
Therefore, we will not disclose the details of how we came to determine that the delivered item is the objective substance, but will report only the analysis data described in the quotation.
We ask that only those who agree to this concept and who trust our judgment and who can rely on us to place orders.
・The quoted amount includes one structural verification cost per compound.Normally, structure verification is performed using lots isolated in the preliminary study synthesis.Another lot products obtained by scale-up synthesis will be judged only by the agreement with the preliminary study product. by matching HPLC retention time or TLC spot location with preliminary study synthesis product.
Structural verification by lot will be handled, but additional structural analysis costs will be incurred.
・For known compounds, literature values are used as important reference data.There are a few cases where the literature values and the actual measured values differ slightly, but we will deliver the product if we judge that it is the objective substance.Reanalysis will be handled at an additional cost.
・If the customer have tried to perform a reaction using the delivered product but it did not work・・・we may be able to perform the reaction for a fee.
We may also be able to assist in confirming the reactivity by model experiments. Please let us have a separate consultation.
・If the structural verification data indicates that the product is the objective substance and the HPLC area ratio is equal to or greater than the target value stated in the quotation, the product is deemed to be of satisfactory quality and will be delivered.Please refrain from refusing acceptance due to low or no activity.
・We receive inquiries about the exact molecular weight, but there is a possibility that acidic and basic compounds may form salts or hydrates.It is not possible to judge by structural formula alone, and unexpected salts, adsorptions, and hydrates may be formed.
Since it costs large amount of analysis cost to grasp correctly, so we do not guarantee it, and we will be able to handle various types of analyzes separately by consultation.
