We respond positively to the synthesis of biologically active substances. However, unlike the general custom synthesis, which is OK as long as there is no problem with the structure and purity, there are the following circumstances.
- Even if the main component has the aimed structure and purity, it is not necessarily biologically active.
- Trace amount of impurity may separate strength or weakness of the activity.
- There is a possibility that the activity is affected by the purification method.
- We cannot be responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or reproducibility of any activity assessment methodology in which we are not involved.
- There have been several cases of trouble in the past where payment was refused with a single phrase,
"Not enough activity was observed," even though we showed that the structural verification data and carefully explained that the purity verification data met the requirements stated in the contract and quotation.
