peptide synthesis

Shinsei Chemical has extensive experience in peptide synthesis. We can handle non-natural peptides with complex structures that are difficult to handle on synthesis equipment.

We are most experienced in liquid-phase methods, fragment condensation and the synthesis of cyclic structures.



Although we do not have synthesis equipment, we have experience in synthesis of more than 60 residues by the manual solid-phase method, and in combination with the liquid-phase method, we can synthesise sequences that are difficult to handle by synthesis equipment alone.




We also have experience in the synthesis of glycopeptides.



The following list is presented, although very few structures are available to the public due to confidentiality agreements.There are many examples of syntheses with structures not disclosed in our business.
We also have extensive experience in side-chain modification of peptides isolated from natural products.
